If you have ever set foot on a skateboard before, you need to know who Steve Olson is. If you have ever heard of Powell Peralta, Bones or Santa Cruz then you might want to keep reading for a little history lesson. Steve Olson was one of the skateboarders that laid the foundation for these companies. He was a sponsored rider for these companies before most of you were born. In fact he was essentially, a sponsored rider for Powell Peralta back before the company was even formed!
Now for a current events lesson, Steve Olson has teamed with legendary skate shoe company Vans for a couple of releases that are available now at Caliroots.
